Our Business Philosophy :
A service provided to enable the host to sit back, relax and enjoy their guests. I run this business to enhance your special occasion. It is dedicated to servicing your every need during an affair from start to finish enabling you to sit back and enjoy your family and friends. For Our Company I have spent many years attending parties and hostessing them as well. I noticed at every party the person who held it was never able to socialize and enjoy their event much. The hostess would be constantly running around. Cleaning things up and refilling empty bowls taking out the garbage etc. Besides the hostess doing this, there were also many times guests would help out with these tasks (I was one of these people). By the time the hostess would have time to sit down, most of their guests had already gone home! I also use to superintend an apartment building. Many of the residents there were elderly and were fortunate enough to be able to just take care of themself. They would speak to me often about how much they missed entertaining friends and family. I thought to myself..."wouldn't it be great to be able to hire somebody to do all this?". So I offered to help set up and serve and clean up after their guests if they wanted to entertain. I later moved out of town and met another girl who did the same thing I did. We worked together and eventually I decided to start my own company providing these services. I started a dress code of tuxedo (black/white) attire for those formal affairs and simply a white polo shirt and shorts for that backyard bbq. Employees have been very cooperative with requests of clients as well. There have been special occasions clients requested employees to dress up for a halloween party, wear a lua shirt etc for parties and they complied.
I worked doing this for a few years alone until referrals started coming in and i started to need staff...that's when I named the company and hired people a few at a time. The people that work for me were hired for thier knowledge in working with the public. How to be personable, courteous and helpful. To date now Server For Hire has over fourty employees. Without these wonderful caring personalities my company would not be what it is today. I have been blessed with great loyal employees.
Over the years we have serviced the Governors Gala. Participated in Grand Openings of Homes Now, Inc. (non-profitable community homes built). Also fundraising dinners for Congregation Bnai' Israel (Synogogue).
People who normally could not entertain guests due to their health or busy lifestyle can now do so with Server For Hire, Inc.. We can provide friendly, professional servers to do everything from start to finish.
Services can accomodate your every need from handling all the rentals, entertainment, catering, serving, setting up and cleaning up after guests as occasion is going on. You can also select or customize create to your specifics announcements, invitations, thank you cards etc.
